Our services
We provide career coaching, executive development, talent development and talent connection. Synergy is not the employer for roles we tell you about: each organization runs its own selection and makes any offer.
Fees
Some services have a fee. Every fee is explained and agreed in writing before any paid work starts. If you choose an optional service from an external specialist we refer you to, that specialist sets and collects their own fee under their own terms; see our External Referral Disclosure. Only pay against a written agreement sent from an official Synergy email address.
Your information and conduct
Please give accurate information and do not submit anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else. Reviews must describe your own genuine experience; see our Review and Moderation Policy.
Opportunities
We check listings with the employer and show when each was last checked, but roles can close or change. Always confirm details with the employer before relying on them.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be so. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
