Synergy People Development helps individuals grow in their careers and helps organizations find and develop the people they need.
Who we are
Founded in 2018, Synergy People Development offers career coaching, executive development and talent development. We work with people at every stage, from those starting their careers to those stepping into leadership, and with organizations that want to strengthen their teams. We work remotely, by video call and phone, with clients across the United States and beyond.
Through the Synergy Talent Network, we also connect professionals with organizations. We get to know each person, match them with suitable opportunities, and make a personal introduction when the fit is right. Synergy is not the employer: each organization runs its own selection and makes any offer.
We start with the person in front of us: their skills, their goals and the next step that makes sense for them.
Fees are agreed in writing before any paid work starts, referrals to external specialists are disclosed, and reviews are published unedited.
Your details stay with our team. We share them with an organization only after you agree to an introduction.

Atanda Mustapha founded Synergy People Development in 2018 with a simple aim: to help people reach their potential at work, and to help organizations find and grow the right people. Atanda continues to lead the company and its team.
