Our promise
Reviews on this site are written by real people about their own experience. We publish them unedited, whether positive or negative. We never write reviews ourselves, pay for reviews, or offer anything in return for a good review.
Verified clients
When a client reviews us through a personal invitation link we sent after working with them, the review is marked Verified client. Other reviews are welcome and are shown without that label.
Star ratings
Each review has a rating from 1 to 5 stars. We show an average only once at least 10 reviews are published, so a few reviews cannot give a misleading score. Ratings and the reviewer's words can never be edited by our team.
What we do not publish
We decline a review only if it breaks one of these rules, and we record the reason:
- Spam or advertising.
- Abuse, harassment or threats.
- Someone else's personal information.
- Not about a Synergy service.
- A conflict of interest (for example, written by our own staff).
A low rating or criticism is never, on its own, a reason to decline a review.
Responses and reports
We may reply publicly under a review. Anyone can report a published review with Report this review; we look at every report.
