Why we refer
Sometimes the best next step is help from a specialist outside Synergy, such as a career adviser, an executive mentor, an accredited coach or a professional-qualification adviser. When that happens we may suggest one.
Your choice
Referrals are always optional. You decide whether to contact the specialist, and choosing not to has no effect on how we work with you or on any opportunity.
Fees
External specialists are independent. They set and collect their own fees, under their own terms, and explain them to you before you decide. Synergy does not collect those fees on their behalf.
Our relationship with them
Each specialist listed on our Specialist referrals page shows whether Synergy has any commercial relationship with them, for example a referral fee or partnership. If there is one, we tell you before you decide.

We share your details with a specialist only after you agree, and only what they need.
