No. Synergy connects professionals with organizations. The organization runs its own selection process, makes any offer, and is your employer.
Some services have a fee, and some people choose optional help from an external specialist we refer them to, who charges for their own service. Every fee is explained and agreed in writing before any paid work starts, and we disclose any referral arrangement. If anyone asks you for money in Synergy's name without a written agreement from our official email, check with our team first.
