What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, location, field, experience level, interests and anything you write in a form.
- Documents after a match: only when you have been matched to a specific role and agreed to proceed, the documents that role needs (for example proof of identity or qualifications).
- Reviews: your rating, review, the name you choose to show, and your email (never shown publicly).
- Technical data: essential cookies and basic server logs needed to run and protect the site. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To match you with suitable opportunities and contact you about them.
- To provide the services you ask for and to answer your questions.
- To introduce you to an organization, only after you agree to that introduction.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
Who we share it with
- Organizations: your profile is shared with an organization only after you agree to an introduction for that role.
- External specialists: if you choose a referral to an external specialist, we share only what is needed, with your agreement.
- Service providers that host and run the website for us (for example hosting and database providers), under contract.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your Talent Network profile while it is useful for matching, and review it at least every [24] months. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Documents collected for a role are kept only as long as that process needs, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by writing to [privacy email]. You can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

We publish every change to this policy here with a new version number and date.
